The hotel is fairly clean, and the staff at the reception desk are friendly and attentive. the breakfast offers a nice selection, including hams and freshly prepared cooked ingredients. the location is marvelous, with a shuttle service available from the airport and being near Museo Lazaro Galdiano.

The rooms are air-conditioned and new, with climate control, a safe, and a multi-channel TV, and the location is amazing and very close to a Spanish national museum.

The double room was gorgeous, included a shower and two sinks. The breakfast was outstanding and complete with pastries, juices plus even a Japanese corner. Booked the hotel for its marvellous and beautiful location close enough to the Paseo de la Castellana and restaurants open before 9pm.

This hotel is an interesting place for exploring Madrid. I truly enjoyed my stay here. The professional staff at the reception desk were great. The location is very convenient, just steps away from Hand. The on-site lobby restaurant was perfect for a 9 pm dinner.
